Is there a delay before items are posted?

I have been noticing that some items that pop up cheap
are OOS the second they are posted,how long before your
program finds it does it post it.? Must be some delay
if your program records the price but when its live
on the board its OOS with no price.

With all of the items that are now being scanned, we can only scan sites once per day (except for amazon which we scan more frequently because we <3 amazon

). So, it could be up to 24 hours before a deal makes it, but there haven't been too many items I've seen that have been OOS by the time they make it.

I have found very few items that have been OOS but when I do it is Tech Depot. I would think it would be a good idea to scan that site more than once.
