Default Login? How do I

How do I get the scanner to login and start. I have selected the option and pushed Start it brings up the Login in screen I fill it in and push log in. All I get is an error (can't find page) or a blank page at teh bottom it says Status: Waiting for Login. If I oush hte back button the the error screen and try agian I get Message Already Scanning, but nothing ever goes in the carts. I even set teh price to 9999 for a system they have on Dell all the time for a couple hundred dollars.

Oh I can login here just fine so I know my login works

Any ideas

Yeah, the same thing is happening to me too. When I login it then tells me that Error: Already Scanning. Then I try logging in again and I get the same error. Yesterday I was able to login after about 5 tries.

Try clicking start. Then Log In. You'll get the Already Scanning message.

Then click the close button and allow it to close. Then reopen the scanner and start it again. When you login this time your status will be reset and it should work! :)

tried it, nothing. It is a great idea (this scanner thing) just horrible execution. If I can't even get the thing to work, it is useless to me. Take care everyone, i am off to do more productive things with my time than try and get crap software o work by pulling my hair out.

Is anyone still on these boards? I have the same problem as well. I put my password in the first time and nothing happens. When i enter it the second time I get "Error: Already Scanning". I'm using version 5.1 on windows xp. Does anyone have a fix for this and will the program work on the UK outlet site?

We're still here!

After you get the already scanning message, try closing the application and reopening it. Then try logging in once more. If that doesn't work, let me know.

It does not work on the UK outlet site.

I use to have the same problems with the already scanning error. What worked for me was to download ccleaner (free)and clean out all the temp etc files and then it would work again.
