Default OutletScanner in final testing!

I think I finally have all the coding changes made for the new version of the outletscanner! I hope to put up a "Beta" type version this evening for some testing

Default outlet scanner question

Is there a way to make the outlet scanner run 24 hours a day without a time limit?

Dell already yelled at him for allowing the first few versions to do that.
From what I understand, the current version is a compromise that keeps Dell happy. Otherwise, Dell will start blocking the scanners altogether.

Garsh is correct in his answer...

Although Dell didn't yell at me. They were actually very kind when I spoke with them. This was the compromise that we worked out which we both felt would be best, and it has been working out well.

Typically new systems are dropped at the :40 minute mark, so if you set the scanner around that time, you really won't be missing much :)
