Attached is a copy of the newest version of the outlet scanner for dell outlet.
The small business option is fixed and should work well now. This allows for vostro notebooks and desktops to be selected since they are only sold by the small business side. Also, this version does not stop automatically after an item has been found! Please let me know if you have any problems or suggestions. Thanks Smitts

Cool!
However, it still seems to 'Stop Scanning' when it's found a system &/or after entering the capscia. And also the "Video Card" & "Screen Sz" drop downs are still switched. Thanks for the continued upgrades though, they are appreciated! ![]() |

![]() Also, I like the way 5.0 scanner will pop to the front when the image validation is needed every time. 4.3 very rarely does that for me. ![]() |

I updated the original post to include version 5.1. That should fix the screen size/video card problem and also fix the lockup after the captcha.
I'm going to have to reconsider how to continue scanning after an item is found. It's not quite as trivial as it used to be (or as I thought it would be). ![]()

I might have a stupid question, but here it is.
The Dell Outlet Scanner page on your main site says "it finds what you are looking for and adds the system to your cart". But you still need to type in the image verification code, correct? It will not do it for you, right? |

Just a quick question for this new version. Is there anyway to run more than one scanner? I would like to scan for two different types of computers at once, how would I go about doing that? Thanks again for the awesome proggy smitts.

You can't you would be banned from the dell servers because your IP would be beating on it like they owed you money. If you have two ip's then maybe! |
