Free Shipping from Deal Outlet

This may not be useful for people buying large numbers of systems from Dell Outlet, but I just bought a Previously Ordered New system and then contacted Dell to demand free shipping. They gave it to me. I have the transcript if anyone wants to see it. I thought people might be interested to know that it's not that hard to avoid that extra little expense.
