Default Status: Warning - Refresh Rate too fast!!

I'm getting this message on the status bar and I have moved the refresh rate up to 2 seconds, but I still get the warning. Do I really need to make the rate slower?

Are you also looking at Dell Outlet with another browser at the same time? Dell will give this warning if you do - they must monitor refresh rate based on IP address.

Seems like Dell does not like the use of this tool!

Do not use a different internet explorer or other browser window to go to any of the outlet pages while it is running. That seems to cause the problems when there are simultaneous requests to the outlet.
