I kinda wish I would have tried on the Elmo day but I took a day off so the wife wouldnt yell at me :-)

**** THING SUCKS!

i wasted a lot of time though. to win (sometihng worthwhile) you had to have waffle's script which required a server. f that. so basically all the nerds won.

The 2nd day, I did F5 till my fingers got numb and I won......NOTHING. close several times but still NOTHING

Then the pro scripts came out and I gave up for a few days.

Then I tried Smitty's script for several days and nights. still NOTHING.

I really wanted the driver or the ping golf clubs but got NOTHING.

Ohh well....maybe next year.

I think it's really great that the scanner was posted on here for free to help others. What sucks is that people get greedy and have to work around rules put into place to allow more people to win something. I know of people out there who were winning for others after they won something for themselves and if that's the case here then I apologize. If that is not the case then seriously.............go drop some of the (won by being greedy and shady and keeping other decent people from winning) in a toys for tots box and help someone else out.

Here's what my family was able to win with the SCANNER.

1 - digital frame - mom
2 - train sets - 1 for daughter, 1 for nephew
1 - flip video ultra for me
1 - barbie for daughter

I'm happy!!

I won a Holiday Barbie and the Polar Express Train set all thanks to Smitts!!!

I spent the first few days F5-ing and winning nothing. Then for three days I spent $5 a day purchasing a script from someone and won nothing. Then Smitts let me in here and I had a decent chance! I'm very grateful.
Yes, I did win more than one thing and I'm keeping what I won, but I am also donating things I purchased to Toys For Tots as well as helping out the family of one of my students that won't have a Christmas without some assistance, so I don't feel bad about getting more than one thing.

I won the train when a bunch were listed back to back. I was very lucky that they did that (and also very grateful for the scanner!). Otherwise, I never would've won on a mediocre connection from the East Coast.

Won the watch, the leapster, and the lost dvd. MY family doesn't have as fast of an internet connection as I have, so I won stuff for them. watch is due to arrive tomorrow, not sure about the other stuff.

I really hope everyone who used the scanner kicked some money down to Smitts. Even if you didn't win, you still stood a much better chance than with the F5 key. Firefox has this plugin that automatically refreshes pages, I had that mutha set for every second to refresh, and I never got close.

On another note, I got my watch today I won on doorbusters on the last day when they relisted 4 of them in a row. Even though it is a ladies watch, I think you cannot tell, and I am gonna have it resized and wear it. It is really, really nice.
