Default Thank You!

SMITTS!

Thank you SO MUCH for this script and all of the time and effort you have put into this little project, in order to try to make the eBay promotion fair for everyone! This was going to be my post tomorrow, since that is the last day of the promotion, but thanks to your script, I have WON THE BABY ALIVE! My three year old has been asking for this doll for the past two months, but I couldn't justify paying $50.00 for it.

THANKS AGAIN!!!

Zach

Anyone win the driver yet? Seems like it's going to be another near impossible feat

Can we have the scanner running twice in separate windows...1 for baby, 1 for driver at the same time?

i restarted my computer. stupid vista froze. and it worked but when it found a golf club (i didn't win... boo f'n hoo) it started acting funny again.

stop. start. same item comes up.

stop. start. same item comes up

i did this stop and start for three minutes straight and it kept pulling up the latest golf club win.

please fix this bro so i can win this for my dad.

thanks for doing this for all of us. you rock!

This is an issue with ebay. If you go and try to search for the item in clubs, the item still appears on the search. It will eventually drop off the for sale items, you just have to give it time.

EDIT: Its working now

i got to the confirmation screen and it said enter quantity? wtf? i should have put 100. anyways, i went the safe route and left it at 1 and clicked continue.

"Transaction blocked" grrrrr. someone beat me to it.

any chance you could have the program click on that "continue" button? seems like ebay threw in an extra step.

I think ebay is leaving up the old ones until the new ones drop, so you cant win with the scanner anymore unless you hit start right in between when the old one is deleted and the new one is posted. It's pretty brilliant really, however I was also wondering why the "choose quantity" step was not added into the scanner coding, is it not possible?

See there was about 4-5 minutes in between this time

I might be wrong, but as near as I can tell, the choose quantity page (I was curious about it yesterday when I got it the first time) is some kind of glitch on eBay's end. It's not an extra step because it only happens sometimes and every time I get it, it's asking me to adjust the quantity because I tried to buy one and it found the quantity of the item to be 0. It's almost like eBay is telling you "You were REALLY close this time, but you still don't get jack."

As for when the scanner keeps finding the items that are already dead, try closing the scanner and opening a new instance of it. That has always fixed it for me until today. I don't think that eBay would go to the trouble to change the way their backend works just to make these tools not work. It seems to me like there would be easier ways. I dunno.

Default righty or lefty?

anyone know if this is a right or left handed driver? if it's righty, there's no point in me even trying. rather let it go to someone who could use it.
