Use the "report this item to ebay" link at the bottom of the listing, leave him negative feedback.

I reported it, it is listed wrong, under the MP3 player category. Let's see if it gets removed. Other people should report it as wrong as well. Usually takes an hour or 2 to be removed.

Correction: I reported auction 160303898063, it is a 10,000 quantity auction. If this is not the auction you are referring to, you will need to report it with the report link.

yeah do not auto commit anymore there are scams being put up everywhere. i got hit with 2 searching for nanos
