Bionicle 2 - Legends of Metru Nui

Following the exciting, 2003 animated spectacle Bionicle: Mask of Light, Bionicle 2: Legends of Metru Nui extends Lego\'s movie franchise based on its Bionicle line of robotic warriors. Legends is actually a prequel to Mask of Light, which focused on the Toa, six guardians of the Matoran tribe on the island of Mata Nui, and the imminent arrival of a seventh member to their ranks. Legends tells the story of how the Toa came to be, chosen from the pool of Matoran youth in the great city of Metru Nui and, though physically transformed, hardly prepared for increased size and superheroic powers. In short order, the Toa--who babble and bicker like agitated adolescents--have to master their new gifts, impress their leader, and prepare to protect their home.
